Anzac Day (Public Holiday)
Yesterday was Anzac day. It is a time when we honour the bravery and sacrifice of the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corpe.
We did not celebrate and we felt sad about. But we did go to this Restaurant called “MANHATTAN” in Mt Albert. I went for my aunt’s birthday. Man that restaurant had the best pork ever!!!!!!! There was a lot of food like Potato salad, fried fish with lots of nice sauce, beautiful coleslaw , ice cream and fruit salad and a whole lot more. It was AMAZING with a band playing. A singer named LAPI MARINER performed and he a really nice voice. Anyway, I was so thankfully full after that.
